NEMA Retracts Death Count from 52 to now 50

Who to trust if we cant even trust our own recovery and national emergency center NEMA. On Friday Nema released that the death count for Dorian is 52. Then on Saturday released a statement that the death count is 50. Someone is lieing about the death toll and we know for sure its NEMA. But wow NEMA how can you retract deaths? Did the people come back to life?
